Sainsbury’s is planning to open three new Sainsbury’s Local convenience stores and petrol stations, after it acquired the sites from Top 50 Indie Rontec.
Rontec will act as Sainsbury’’s development partner, and all three schemes have been granted planning permission.
The new convenience stores and petrol stations will be located on the sites of:Parkham Service Station on New Road, Brixham, Devon;Bebington Service Station, Kings Road, Wirral; andSeven Acres Service Station, Pensby Road, Wirral.
Rontec is ranked fourth in the Top 50 Indies, and had 209 sites.
