Shell is updating the way it rewards customers for the business they bring to Shell service stations with a new rewards programme Shell Go+, officially launched on March 11. The new programme will replace the existing Shell Drivers’ Club scheme.
Michael Hominick, marketing manager for Shell Retail UK, said: "We wanted to create a loyalty and rewards programme which gives rewards back to customers for all of their visits to our service stations, whether they’re just coming in for a cup of coffee, car wash, or a full tank of Shell V-Power.
"But also to recognise that customers have changed how they interact with companies and bring it into their digital space; so to take advantage of all the technology that mobile phones have given us."
