RMI Petrol has signed up Top 50 Indie MHR (GB) Ltd as one of its newest members. The organisation, formally the Petrol Retailers’ Association (PRA), said it was delighted to welcome
Essex-based MRH, which has 296 co-owned sites plus 142 Pace dealers, into its membership.
RMI Petrol chairman Brian Madderson said other Top 50 Indies Park Garage Group, Snax 24 and The Carsley Group had also recently signed up.
He added: "We are having success bringing the larger groups into membership."
Membership of RMI Petrol had slumped for a number of years before Madderson took over as chairman last November. One of his objectives has been to bring more independents into the organisation by campaigning over vital issues that effect their businesses such as the government’s latest Business Rates revaluations.
