Cadbury is getting ready to kick off its second end-of-season Premier League promotion.
You’re Off runs from April 29 to June 7 across the Cadbury singles range, including Duos bars, and will offer shoppers the chance to instantly win an array of football-themed prizes including 50 pairs of Premier League tickets, and entry into a weekly prize draw to win one of five fantastic football holidays.
Prizes include a trip to Australia to watch Perth Glory play Manchester United during their pre-season tour; a US fan-zone experience for two people for four nights; and a trip to Singapore to watch Tottenham Hotspur play a pre-season game.
An instant-win website mechanic will also give shoppers the chance to win a range of Premier League prizes including 50 pairs of Premier League tickets as well as power banks, keyrings and bags.
“Our end of season promotion last year, which offered shoppers the chance to play 5-a-side football against Jamie Redknapp and Thierry Henry, drove real success and consumer engagement for the Cadbury brand,” said Raphael Capitani, Cadbury brand manager at Mondelēz International. “You’re Off will continue this brilliant consumer engagement.”
To enter, Cadbury consumers visit the ‘You’re Off’ website and type in the barcode of the product that they have bought.
The promotion will run across price-marked and non-PMP variants of Wispa, Twirl, Boost and Double Decker singles; non-PMP Crunchie single; and Cadbury Dairy Milk, Boost, Wispa and Double Decker Duos.
The promotion is part of Cadbury’s three-year sponsorship deal with the Premier League and follows previous promotions Win a League Legend, Match & Win and Finders Keepers.
The competition is supported by a £1m marketing spend, including investment in out-of-home, social media including Instagram and Facebook, radio and PR support.
