Cauldron’s premium Winter Bake is being launched as a seasonal special for the Christmas season, aimed at vegetarians and mainstream consumers.
Made from a combination of smoked tofu, tomatoes and walnuts blended with chestnut purée and thyme with a rich cranberry and port sauce, the company’s sales director, Ken Reed, says it will make an ideal meat-free centre-piece for Christmas dinner, or a satisfying meal for winter.
