Vegan-friendly mint and chewing gum brand Peppersmith unveiling newly rebranded plastic free packaging in mid-May across all products for a fresh contemporary look.
It has been re-engineered to no longer require a plastic wrapper. Instead it uses a new perforated tamper proof tab on their FSC accredited fully recyclable card packs.
Sasha Holt, head of marketing and creative at Peppersmith, said: “We’re super excited to show the world our new plastic-free packaging. We’ve listened to our customers and worked really hard to make a recyclable tamperproof plastic-free design work. The new bold and modern look will also give us much more impact and stand out and we can’t wait to see it on the shelves.”
Founder, Mike Stevens added: “The new designs give us a much more contemporary look, make things clearer and give us better stand out. This is all great, but the main motivation for the change was to get rid of the silly plastic wrap which until now we have had to use to protect the packs. We will continue to work hard to reduce unnecessary packing, minimise any plastic and make sure our products and packaging are as sustainable as possible.”
The Peppersmith range consists of: Peppermint Mints, Extra Strong Mints, Lemon Mints, Strawberry Pastilles, Peppermint Chewing Gum & Spearmint Chewing Gum.
