Bobby’s Foods has launched a variety of fun lines to its confectionery range.

Among the new products are Crazy Face Laser Pops – a version of Bobby’s top-selling Crazy Laser Pops, branded with Bobby’s popular sweets characters. Marked at £1 each, they feature a lolly pop at one end and have a picture projecting torch at the other.

Bobby’s Blue Razz flavour is now available in the Chewy Bon Bon range in 150g bags are priced 99p.

Inspired by a current trend in the market for American confectionery, and with chewy bons bons already one of Bobby’s big-sellers, a Fruit Punch variety has been introduced. In keeping with popular US flavours, the bags feature watermelon, tropical, berry, wild cherry and lemonade taste explosions.

Bobby’s has also added a new product to its snacks range – Mini Cheesy Cracker Snacks, available in big bag packs of 150g, and priced at £1.

Chris Smith, marketing executive at Bobby’s Foods, said: “Christmas is a key sales period for us, particularly with big sharing snacks and novelty sweets lines and our retailers have been busy stocking up on our new products.

“About one third of the Bobby’s range is taken up by confectionery aimed predominantly at children of all ages. This range of products has been growing steadily over the past few years, due to its popularity and we are now delighted to include several new lines to our sweet range.”
