TLM Technologies previewed its new ‘Evolution’ suite of products at the recent National Convenience Show (NCS) at the NEC Birmingham.
The main focus was Evolution POS, which has been specifically built for the convenience and fuel sector, and is designed to deliver the commonplace functionality of traditional EPOS systems, together with advanced features that more closely align with modern retail trends.
TLM reports a positive reaction from retailers at the show. Former Forecourt Trader of the Year Mike Garner of the Garner Group said: “We were extremely impressed by the demonstration of TLM’s Evolution POS at the National Convenience Show, and having seen what it can do and spoken to the team about their plans for new functionality, we are very much looking forward to being one of the first groups to pilot the new system.”
TLM CEO Lee Papper said: “We wanted to make an impression at this year’s NCS, and we certainly did that – we received compliments from customers, prospects, fellow suppliers, and even competitors.
“Our team was called the best dressed at the show by the organisers thanks to our hand tailored suits by Toby Norman, and our stand really stood out with its pole sign complete with Vlight LED lights with pricing controlled by PriceAdvantage.
“The real star of the show though was our new EPOS solution. Everyone who saw a demonstration of Evo POS was immediately captivated. We were so delighted with the response that we have already signed up for an even bigger stand at next year’s show.”
