Certas Energy has launched a Win A Car promotion designed to drive new business to Gulf forecourts.
It will run for three months, and in addition to two Fiat 500s in Gulf Racing livery, hundreds of instant prizes will also be up for grabs every week.
For ease of entry the promotion is based on a minimum fill-up of £25, and Certas says it is delivering a volume uplift of around 5% by pushing up average purchases.
Over 250 Gulf forecourts across the UK are already participating, supported by a comprehensive promotional tool kit to generate on-site awareness and backed up by social media and local PR. In addition, Certas Energy is raising awareness and encouraging participation among its domestic fuel customer base.
“We ran a similar promotion last year and it was hugely popular and the more of these promotions we undertake the more impressive the results,” said Ramsay MacDonald, retail director, Certas Energy.
“Volume uplifts, new customers to site and incremental shop sales mean these are a very cost effective way to brand build. All the good will is generated locally with each Gulf store at the centre of the promotion and every site has the opportunity to win.
