A long-standing Esso dealer has renewed her fuel supply agreement with Greenergy.
Sieme Shoaib and her family visited Greenergy at the Forecourt Show to renew their fuel agreement for a further five years following their successful move from Esso supplied fuel in September 2014.
The Shoaib family runs an Esso site in Great Bookham, Surrey. The medium-size site has been Esso for more than 15 years and will be one of the first dealer sites in the South East to be refreshed with the new Esso Synergy imaging over the next couple of months. The site will also benefit from a new car wash and the Londis shop will be renovated to include Costa Coffee.
The ability for customers to collect Tesco Clubcard points has been important in maintaining sales volumes at the site in a competitive marketplace and instrumental in the family’s decision to renew its contract with Greenergy.
Sieme Shoaib said: “Tesco Clubcard points have really helped us attract new customers during the recession. Over 40% of our customers are Tesco Clubcard owners; it’s a key deciding factor for customers.”
“Greenergy make it easier for me to run my business. I’ve never had a late delivery and Greenery’s customer care team is genuinely concerned if we’re running low. I currently place my own orders but I trust Greenergy to keep my business open and am thinking of swapping to order free deliveries where they manage my stock levels.”
Greenergy began supplying Esso branded dealers in Northern England, North Wales and Scotland just over two years ago when it took on fuel supply to 90 sites. This was followed with supply to a further 101 Esso branded dealer sites in September 2014 when Greenergy’s branded wholesaler agreement with Esso was extended nationally.
Greenergy reports that 50 new dealers have chosen the Esso brand with Greenergy fuel supply since the branded wholesaler agreement took effect.
