Gulf forecourts given access to BP fuel card

Gulf and other Certas Energy supplied forecourts have been given access to BP’s fuel card from 1 December 2014 as the company looks to drive new business to its forecourts.

The deal follows shortly after an agreement was reached with Shell to make its fuel card available across the Certas Energy network.

“This exciting development means Gulf dealers will be able to access the BP [fuel] card via the HTEC/GemPay card payment system,” said Ramsay MacDonald, retail director, Certas Energy.

“It gives our dealers the potential to attract drivers to their forecourts that hold the Shell and BP card, and is another good reason to join Gulf.”
