General Mills UK is giving forecourt retailers the opportunity to refresh their sales this summer with its new Limited Edition Häagen-Dazs raspberries & meringue ice cream.

Only available until September, the new variety is a combination of vanilla ice cream swirled with raspberry sorbet and crunchy meringue pieces.

Raspberries & meringue will benefit from the £5m support package for Häagen-Dazs during 2008.

The good news for retailers is that this new flavour, along with the rest of the Häagen-Dazs summer range, taps into the current consumer trend for treating.

General Mills has one prize up for grabs - comprising six cases of 500ml packs of the new raspberries & meringue flavour.
