Ben & Jerry’s is launching a new variant into its Greek Style Frozen Yogurt range; Greek Style Frozen Yogurt Blueberry Cheesecake.
Made with velvety rich Greek style yogurt, crushed cookie and blueberry swirls, Blueberry Cheesecake caters for consumers looking for an alternative treat, without compromising on the flavour combinations offered by Ben & Jerry’s.
Alessandra Salvo, brand manager for Ben & Jerry’s, said: “We’re confident that by adding a new berry burst to our Greek Style Frozen Yogurt range, we’ll drive interest from shoppers looking for a great tasting alternative to ice cream and bolster the growth seen in the Luxury Dessert market.
“Since launch, the Ben & Jerry’s Greek Style Frozen Yoghurt range has generated £6.5m in value sales. By introducing a new variant, we’re looking to further drive consumer interest and attract even more consumers to the ice cream market.”
Ben & Jerry’s Greek Style Blueberry Cheesecake 500ml has an RRP of £4.99, available in packs of eight. The Ben & Jerry’s 100ml portions have an RRP of £1.25.
Ben & Jerry’s is also revamping its range of Shorty tubs for 2015. Each pack will roll out in a new 100ml format to offer consumers a more permissible treat option and carry a lower price point of £1.25.
Ben & Jerry’s Shorty range comprises of seven flavours including Vanilla, Cookie Dough, Caramel Chew Chew, Peanut Butter Cup, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Vanilla Honey Caramel Greek style Frozen Yogurt and Strawberry Cheesecake.
