Commercial refrigeration company Adande will be exhibiting a selection of models from its product range on stand H51 at the National Convenience Show, NEC, Birmingham, on 18-20 April.
Adande will also be exhibiting one, two and three drawer modules, a compact small footprint space saving unit and a product with shallow drawers. A full range of saladette options and drawer management systems will also be on show.
Temperature in the drawers of the Adande units can be independently regulated through a range from -22C to +15C, at 0.1C increments, via user friendly control buttons. This offers the capacity for chilled and frozen storage within a small footprint.
Adande drawer systems can be used as freestanding units or built into in-line service counters. The load bearing worktop may be used as a preparation station or can accommodate cooking equipment, providing a self-contained solution for food storage, preparation, cooking and service, particularly suited to food retailing in convenience stores and forecourt outlets. For even greater flexibility, blast chilling options may be specified, helping operators comply with HACCP procedures for pre-cooked food.
Adande’s sales director, Karl Hodgson, stated: “Adande technology is widely accepted as the refrigeration solution of choice by forward thinking and environmentally responsible foodservice professionals.
“Our equipment is rapidly becoming established in the food retailing sector and this exhibition provides us with the opportunity to highlight the advantages of our products for convenience stores and forecourt outlets.”
