Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) is investing in a national trial of BevTrac a spring-loaded shelf management system designed to drive on-the-go soft drinks sales as part of a programme that will target 3,000 convenience retailers.

CCE says BevTrac offers retailers a number of benefits. The product lanes always ’look full’ due to the spring-loaded ’pusher’ action, and this also makes the products easier for customers to see. The units are also easier to face up and re-stock plus they reduce the frequency of out-of-stocks by featuring call to action ’POS’ which prompts retailers to ’re-stock’ when a lane is empty.
