Harrogate-based environmental services provider Adler and Allan has acquired the goodwill and assets of Aalto Technical Services Ltd, which provides a range of industrial services; including tank cleaning, site maintenance and separator installation.
In a statement Adler and Allan said: “Aalto Technical Services will be incorporated into Adler and Allan’s Manchester Walkden Office, with all staff retained, working with Adler and Allan to provide customers with the high quality service that both companies are known for.
“The integration of Aalto into the Adler and Allan Group continues its strategy to offer a broad range of related industrial services on a nationwide basis.”
