Hako Machines has launched the compact Hako-Hamster 500E walk-behind sweeper, designed to provide powerful sweeping performance on hard floors and carpets.

According to the company, developers used a robust one-piece chassis to produce the Hamster 500E, and the housing, chassis and dirt hopper are completely corrosion-resistant.

It can be used on forecourt floors and is suitable for cleaning small and narrow, restricted areas. In addition, the low unladen weight of the Hamster 500E coupled with its large, outer-lying wheels are said to make the machine easy to handle and operate.

The new sweeper comes with an onboard battery charger and the company says the benefits of the machine include increased longevity and improved results.
