Eco Technical Services Ltd has come up with a new design for a portable car wash with oil/water separator and water recycling equipment.
Branded Mobay, the system is supported by the international company Freylit who has granted sole UK distribution of their Class 1 oil/water separator and water recycling equipment to Eco Technical Services.
This means Eco Technical Services’s products can help companies save further by cutting down on building works, water use and cleaning chemical costs, help conserve water and improve cleanliness of the wash system. The Mobay unit is a versatile modular wash bay platform that is cost-efficient, easy to maintain and simple to install, claims Eco Technical Services. The galvanised steel modular system forms a waterproof platform, which can be used in various configurations tailored to individual sites. Fully enclosed roofing is also available to create a covered wash area without the cost or hassle of constructing a new building. Helphire Group plc has already installed a Mobay at its depot at Stansted and is in the process of ordering four additional wash systems for sites across the UK. James Church, property manager for Helphire plc commented: “I am very impressed by this system – the installation was rapid and if we need to move the unit to a new site in the future the cost savings will be even more significant. We have had the Stansted Mobay for a few months now and already my staff can’t work out how we managed without it.” The main advantage of Mobay is its complete portability and reduced cost compared with a permanent cement-based wash area. The platforms include water recycling, oil separation, lighting, power and water supply connections.
