Air1 is celebrating extending its relationship with Welcome Break with the motorway services operator adding AdBlue dispensers at more of its sites.
The first of the bulk AdBlue dispensers were installed at South Mimms and Oxford Service stations in 2012, and by the end 2014 Welcome Break had seven of its UK forecourts dispensing AdBlue from the pump.
More recently, due to the success in sales at its existing sites and the growing usage of AdBlue in the UK truck market, Welcome Break decided to commit a further 14 of its forecourts to supplying the product, bringing the total to 21.
Andrew Cunnington, director of forecourts at Welcome Break, said: “We are pleased to partner with Air1, at select Welcome Break locations across the UK. Welcome Break’s mission is to be famous for giving people on the move, what they want, when they want it, which is supported by Air1’s knowledge and understanding of the HGV community.”
Nigel Williams, Air1 forecourt sales manager, is delighted that Welcome Break has chosen Yara’s brand of AdBlue, Air1, as its supplier. He said: “With over 240 retail sites in the UK, Air1’s distribution network has a unique supply position, and we are delighted that Welcome Break continues to recognise Air1 as a worthy partner.”
