A major step forward in reducing fuel theft on forecourts is how BOSS (the British Oil Security Syndicate) is describing its status as the first fuel debt recovery agency to be accredited by Police Crime Prevention Initiatives (Police CPI) to its scheme for fuel retailers and cost recovery agencies.
