Two men have been arrested in connection with a string of burglaries at business premises in the New Forest in Hampshire including a petrol station.
The burglaries occurred on Wednesday 14 October across addresses in both Ringwood and Fordingbridge.
The Village Pet store on Ringwood Road in Bransgore was broken into at around 10.52pm and a small amount of money was stolen, alongside charity collection tins.
The Fordingbridge service station was also broken into at 11.40pm where the tills were taken.
The suspects left both premises in a green Mercedes, which was linked to a further burglary in the early hours of Thursday 15 October in Dorset, and were later detained by officers from Hampshire Police.
Two man from Ringwood, aged 20 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
Both men remain in custody while police enquiries continue.
