Top 50 Indie MFG is set to add a Burger King to its Barons Cross site in Leominster.
The firm has engaged planning consultants Carney Sweeney to apply to Herefordshire Council for permission to extend the forecourt’s building to facilitate the addition of the fast-food chain.
If approved, the project will see an 1,100sq ft extension with seating added to the forecourt shop, together with a kitchen extraction unit and new bin store. Around 10 new jobs are expected to be created by the addition.
Earlier in the year MFG was granted planning consent to add eight EV charging and three jet-wash bays to the site, which the firm acquired as part of its £2.5bn 2024 deal for 337 Morrisons forecourts.
