As part of its ’Champion of the Independents’ campaign, Boost Drinks is running a merchandising competition with 20 prizes of £1,000 up for grabs.
Additionally, all winners will receive local advertising support to help drive consumer traffic to their store and there is also a new suite of free merchandising material available to support all participating independents.
To enter, retailers need to stock five SKUs from the Boost Energy range, display them in a store chiller with branded pos material, take a photograph and email it to Boost. The competition runs from July 1 to August 31.
Sales director Al Gunn commented: "We are always looking to encourage retailers to sell more Boost and felt that this initiative was very much in keeping with our ’Champion of the Independents’ commitment. It is also incredibly simple, so we are confident of a great response.
"Feedback so far has been fantastic and we are really looking forward to working on creative advertising ideas with the winners.
"As a challenger brand, we are always keen to try new ideas and do things differently. Given we enjoyed 10% growth last year, the approach seems to be working."
The latest flavour to join the Boost Energy range is cherry burst, in 250ml cans.
