Brookfield Lincs Showground

Top 50 Indie the Brookfield Group has been granted planning permission to build a new petrol filling station at the Lincolnshire Showground, just north of Lincoln. Developed in conjunction with the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, it will be built off the roundabout joining the A15 and Tilbridge Lane (A1500).

The forecourt will be located centrally within the site, accessible via a new access road from Tilbridge Lane.

The forecourt shop will face the central area of the site, with the petrol/diesel pumps located in front of it. Customer parking and cycle spaces will be provided at the front of the shop, with an accessible parking space close to the entrance. Staff parking will be provided to the rear of the shop.

The site will also include a rollover car wash and jet wash, vacuum and air/water facilities (with dedicated spaces) and an EV charging hub with eight rapid charging bays.

A drive-thru coffee shop will be located to the south west of the shop, towards the A15. A drive-thru lane will provide access to a serving window to the rear of the unit. A parking area will also be provided next to the coffee shop, with two accessible spaces next to the main entrance. There will also be a patio area for outside drinking and eating.

A further drive-thru unit will be located to the south east of the site, adjacent to the EV charging hub.

A network of zebra crossings has been included to provide a safe pedestrian route between the PFS, EV charging hub and two drive-thru units.
