EG On The Move has offloaded one of its Applegreen sites for £925,000.
Applegreen Service Station in Salop Road, Welshpool was sold in an off-market deal by Halls Commercial, within just 10 days of being available.
James Evans, head of commercial property at Halls, says the sale reflects continued demand for strategically located roadside investment opportunities.
