Jet’s service and standards programme, Proud to be Jet, launched in 2014 and is intended to inspire its independent dealer network to improve their customers’ experience, to generate greater footfall and volumes.
The scheme is based around annual site compliance audits carried out for Jet by Suresite, which scores the sites on a wide range of criteria
Sites that achieve 100% in the audit qualify for ’Diamonds’, which can be exchanged for a wide range of items aimed at further enhancing site standards. Sites with lower scores are given guidance in how to rectify issues.
