Officers from Dorset Police are investigating after reports that two men were acting in an aggressive manner and were verbally abusive toward staff at a petrol station at Ivy Cross.
Dorset Police received a report at 5.01pm on Tuesday 15 March of a disturbance and officers attended. Details were taken for the individuals involved and the two men left the scene.
Officers investigating are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
Police constable Nicholas Hunter, of North Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and I understand there were a number of other members of the public present who may have witnessed what happened.
“I would urge any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please get in touch.”
