EG Group sells bulk of UK&I forecourt business to Asda for £2.27bn

EG Group has today confirmed an agreement to sell to Asda the majority of its UK and Ireland fuel, foodservice, grocery and merchandise business for £2.27bn ($2.8bn), following rumours of the deal circulating on Friday
