Thames Valley Police has released CCTV images of a man officers would like to speak to following an armed robbery at a forecourt shop in Banbury.
At around 3.15am on Sunday 27 September a man armed with a knife entered the Esso garage in Ermont Way and demanded the cashier hand over money from the till.
The man then went behind the tills and took several packets of cigarettes from the cabinet and cash, and then left the garage in the direction of Hennef Way roundabout.
Investigating officer PC Abigail Sharman, based at Banbury police station, said: “The man in this CCTV image may have vital information that could help our investigation.
“If you witnessed this incident or have any information, or if you recognise this man or believe it could be you, please get in touch.
“Likewise, if you have any CCTV or dash-cam footage that shows anything from the area at the time that might help our investigation.
